Floyd L. Woods, 91, formerly of Locust Grove passed away Friday June 9, 2017 at the VA Hospital in Prescott, AZ. Floyd was born on July 29, 1925 in Poteau, OK to Hoyt L. and Mildred "Millie" (Moody) Woods. He joined the US Navy in November 1943 serving in the Pacific until April 1946. James Thomas Monroe, 93 of Spotsylvania passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Hughes Nursing Home, Fredericksburg. J.T.
